What this report asks
-
What did the grant set out to achieve, and how far have you got?
Guidance: Restate the outcomes agreed in the grant offer, then say for each one whether it is on track, ahead or behind.
Narrative -
How many people did the funded work reach this year?
Guidance: Count unique people, not attendances. Say how this compares with the target in your application.
Number Chart -
What difference has the work made to the people you supported?
Guidance: Use outcome measures and survey results first, then one or two short anonymised examples that show the change in people's lives.
Narrative Chart -
How has the grant been spent?
Guidance: Summarise spending against the budget lines in the award and explain any variance over 10%.
Narrative Number -
What have you learned, and what will you do differently next year?
Guidance: Cover what worked, what didn't and the changes you are making as a result.
